These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SkillSea software, services, and related features provided by Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB ("Droidtech", "we", "us", "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using SkillSea, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SkillSea is an AI skill management platform that provides:

• A skill library with semantic search capabilities
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration
• Personal, team, and organization skill libraries
• API access for programmatic skill management

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Droidtech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SkillSea in accordance with your subscription plan.

3.1 License Restrictions

• You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the service to third parties
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not scrape or bulk-download skills from the library
• You must comply with the usage limits specified in your plan

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Subscription and Payment

SkillSea offers free and paid subscription tiers. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Payments are processed through Stripe.

5.1 Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods

5.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes limited features and usage. We reserve the right to modify free tier offerings at any time.

6. User Content and Skills

You retain ownership of any skills you create. By submitting skills to the community library, you grant Droidtech a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute those skills to other users.

7. Data Processing

SkillSea uses Neo4j for skill storage and retrieval. We process your usage data to provide and improve the service. For information about personal data processing, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to SkillSea, including all intellectual property rights, belong to Droidtech 42 AI Labs AB. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

SkillSea is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droidtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to SkillSea will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
